FISH FILLET



   
A fish fillet from the French word filet /filɛ/ meaning a thread or strip, is the flesh of a fish which has been cut or sliced away from the bone by cutting lengthwise along one side of the fish parallel to the backbone.. In preparation for filleting, any scales on the fish should be removed and ..Fish fillets can be contrasted with fish steaks, which are cut perpendicular to the spine and include the larger bones.

 So, in our next practical we have been learned about how to fillet a fish. As usual, we will show  you steps on how to fillet a fish. Before that, we will tell you the utensils that you need




What you need are...


  • Fish ( pomfret ) or anything fish do you prefer.
  • Table fork
  • Table spoon
  • Fish Knife
  • Dinner plate



Please follow this instruction:

1. Firstly, marinate your fish and steam it about 15 - 20 minutes. 
2. Secondly,  remove the fish skin and cut the fish at the top of the body and cut the bottom of the body using fish knife
3. Then, remove the fish bones 
4. Cut the center of the fish and become two parts
5. Repeat the same steps at the back of the fish
